At Mat Supply, all of our products are made to order and fully customized to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our manufacturing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please double-check all selections—including materials, colors, patterns, and measurements—before placing your order. If you have any questions before ordering, our team is happy to assist.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
